With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Waters of Kemptville, Ontario, born in Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on November 23, 2021 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bruce Waters to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Erica (Salvatore), Marida (Adriana) and Scott (Jamie); his grandchildren, Alessandro, Caterina and Matteo; his brother Bill Waters; and his parents, William and Helen Waters (Scott) of Kemptville. He was also cherished by family members and friends.
