She was predeceased by: her spouse Gordon Carson; her parents, Annie Florence and Thomas James Hicks of North Gower; and her siblings, Thelma Gordon, Tom, Kenny, Mickey (Reginald), Bill and Harold.
She is survived by: her children, Jane (Pierre Paulin) and Patrick; her grandchild Amélie Paulin; and her sibling Anne Walton (Brian) of Vancouver. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.
