He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Wes Ford and Bob Dallard. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Perry (Dallard); his brother Paul Perry (Carol); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Dallard (Elaine) and Nancy Ford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
