He is survived by: his spouse Maria Conceicao (Tavares); his children, Agueda Cacilhas (Paul) and Alphonse Cordeiro (Connie); his grandchildren, Tina (Sam), Steven (Danielle), David (Keisha), Julia, Emily and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Surriya, Sophia, Saeed, Salaah and Mackenzie; and his sibling Geraldina Medeiros.
