She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Don Burling; her children, Ashley and Hillary (Lucas); her grandchild Brooklyn; her parents, Margaret Laporte (Meloche) and Everette Laporte; and her siblings, Ken Laporte (Madonna), Jerome Laporte (Vickie), Ron Laporte, Deborah Tofflemire (Ron) and Janet.
