He is survived by: his wife Dianne (McCall); his children, Mark Scales (Nicola) and Tracy Scales (Gary); his grandchildren, Jessie Talsma (Greg), Emily Creelman (Josh), Hayden Talsma (Isabelle) and Lily Scales (Matt); his great grandchildren, Elliott, Madeleine Creelman and Blake Talsma; his stepgreat-granddaughters, Elizabeth and Jessica Justason; his sisters, Ruth Mayer (Joseph) and Nancy Griffin (Bill); his sister-in-law Marlene Scales; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Scales (Cathy) and Chris Scales (Joanna); his niece Janine (Jason); his great-nieces, Victoria, Alexandra and Natalia; and also Ellery.
