“Please accept my condolences on the passing of Mike. My name is Kathy Campbell. I am the sister of Mike's first wife Joy, who passe away 15 years ago. I looked up Mike on Google to let him know that my mother has just passed. I was hoping that he might be able to put me in contact with my other sister Lisa. As far as I know, she always kept in touch with Mike. It is a shock to learn that Mike has also passed.
