She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; her parents, Mary Mudrik and Mike Mudrik; and her brother Mike. She is survived by: her daughter Laura Forbes (Don); her grandsons, Cameron (Sara) and Gord; her great grandchildren, Colin and Alexander; her sister Noreen Bartkiw (Walt); and her sister-in-law Mary Mudrik. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
