He was predeceased by: his wife Valerie Andrews; and his son Michael Andrews. He is survived by: his daughter Helen Andrews; his granddaughters, Nicole Macharacek and Kathryn Andrews; and his brother Ron Andrews (Maureen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and all his extended family.
