He is survived by: his wife Valerie Dixon-Nuxoll; his children, Bonnie Costello (Ralph), Laurie Bokenfohr (Cameron), Jim Nuxoll and Kelly Nuxoll (Tony); his stepchildren, Todd Dixon (Laura) and Tina Lizzi (Paul); his siblings, Cecil Mason, Walter Nuxoll, Gerte Burnette (Steve), Alphons Nuxoll (Sharone), Linda Gerada (Rick), Marcy Hicks, Judy Storey (Chris), Susan Tisdale (Lawrence) and Shirley McCann (Al); his siblings-in-law, Marlyn Dean (Bob), Melvin Winger (Kathy) and Patricia Freeman (Richard); his siblings, Herman Nuxoll and Dorothy Nuxoll; and his brother-in-law Ted Hicks.
