He is survived by: his wife Theresa Guzelak; his children, Anna Borges (Victor), Zenia Sopuch (Dan) and Stephen Guzelak (Kristi); and his sisters, Hanya Kowal, Fenna Lubenko and Nastka Kisil. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
