She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Clarence Roy; her son Melvin Douglas; her siblings, Stanley, Malcolm, Cecil, Fred, Kenneth, Christena, Mable and Jessie; and her parents, Alexander Kippen and Jessie Kippen.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Carolyn, Colleen, Melvin, Robbie, Andrew, Jennifer, Tristan, Sarah, Amanda and Jody. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
