It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jean McIntosh (Collingwood, Ontario), who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Jean of Collingwood. She is survived by: her brother Peter (Mona) of Stayner; and her uncle John W. Smith (Sharon) of Collingwood. She is also survived by her many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made, in MJ's memory, to Diabetes Canada or the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Donations are being accepted for: HEART STROKE FOUNDATION ONTARIO (HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION OF ONTARIO).
