She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Astley; and her father Dennis. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah; her mother Eileen Smith; and her siblings, Christopher (Grange), Frances (Robert), Gregory (Noriko), Helen and Dominic (Helen). She is also survived by her many friends and relatives.
