He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Butters and Marg Butters. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert (Irene), Larry (Barbara) and Dale (Jim McCallum); and his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Skye, Michelle and Donny. He is also survived by his many friends, co-workers.
