He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ayles; his son Jonathan; his mother Barbara Hall; his siblings, Phillip Hall, Susan Hall and Karen Mills (late Carl); his nieces and nephews, James, Daniel, Nathan, Andrew, Shelby, Chelsea, Kyle, Katrina, Ashton, Brandon, Lakin, Michael and Ashley; his great-nephews, Christopher and Dante; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy, Bonnie, Shelly, Sherry and Danny.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
