He is survived by: his wife Vanessa; his children, Nicklaus, Daniel, Bryce, Carly, Nathan and Austin; his parents, Gary Leslie and Genevieve Leslie; his sister Amy Leslie; and his friends, Bruce Borland, Auto and Barrie.
