He was predeceased by: his father Doug Fagan; and his brother Kirk Fagan. He is survived by: his children, Brooke Fagan (Jeff) and Breanne Fagan (Bill); his grandchildren, Henry, Amelia, Seamus and Wesley; his mother Kay Fagan; his sisters, Brenda Mayo and Nancy Fagan; and his friend Trevor Beach (Bonnie).
As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Randy may be made to the Georgian Bay Hunters and Anglers Junior Club and may be made through the funeral home.
