He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Miller and Florence Miller; his wife Wendy Miller; his brother Brian Miller; and his brother-in-law Michael Gallant.

He is survived by: his friend Bev Riley; his children, Blair Miller of Toronto, Melissa Miller of Waterloo and Graham Miller (Naivis) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Valentina Mia and Kingly; his sister Wendy Gallant; his sister-in-law Louise Miller; and the mother of his children Lorna Miller-Komulainen. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
