He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Katie Spinks (Tom), Bethany Stephenson (Scott) and Joshua Nichols (Rachel); his stepchildren, Erin Melo (Andrew) and Heather Baxter; his grandchildren, Addyson, Graylynn, Cove, Makaila, Lyric, Everly, Peyton, Emersyn and Tori; his sister Mary-Beth Kee (Ken); his niece Rebekah; and his nephew Nathan.
