He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Klaas Dykstra, Wim Hofland, Piet, Adry VanHuizen and Annie VanHuizen; and also Ann Vander Loo.
He is survived by: his children, Henry, Ann, Sylvia, Art, Rossel, Jeanette, Gord Chapman, Frances, Walt Pavao, Quentin, Michael, Kimberly, Karen, Jim Hakkers, Annette, Greg Hewett, Frank, Evonne, Dave and Tara; and his sisters, Sya Dykstra and Truus Hofland.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Fairview Mennonite Home (515 Langs Dr, Cambridge, ON N3H5E4). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Williamsburg Cemetery (1541 Fischer-Hallman Rd, Kitchener, ON N2R1P6).
