He was predeceased by: his brother Joop; and his parents, Teunis Oudshoorn and Gijsje Oudshoorn (Verheul). He is survived by: his wife Corrie (Cornelia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Rachel's Home for forgotten children are being accepted by Central Presbyterian Church and this kind gesture is greatly appreciated by the family.
