She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Simpson and Edna (MacKenzie); and her spouse Klaus Dirszowsky (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Randy Dirszowsky (Kim) and Christine McLaren (Dean); and her grandchildren, Erica, Anna, Valerie, Zoria and Wyatt.
