He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Henry Rowe and Viola Estelle (Ross); his wife Linda Isabelle (Chatten); his daughter Penny Heyes of Hamilton; his stepchildren, Michelle Baker of South Carolina and Jason Baker of Calgary; and his siblings-in-law, Heather Rathbun (Dan) of Trenton, Jim Chatten (Betty Ann) of Hilton and Gwen Best (Claude) of Bancroft.
