He is survived by: his children, Rick Hook and Wendy Hook; his grandsons, Brad (Courtney) and Dan McCall; his great grandchildren, Roewyn, Brielle, Bryker and Brycen; his nephew Dale Piercey; his siblings-in-law, Gloria Piercey and Clay Piercey; his great-nephews, Brennan and Christopher; and his close friend Carol Westington.
