She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Lewis; her daughter Louise Dixon (Pete); and her sister Marjorie Butler. She is survived by: her children, Janet Williams, Lori Hall (Kelly) and Tracy Malcolm (Scott). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren (one on the way), and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Cancer Society, in Bernice's honour, would be appreciated.
