He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Warnaar and Arie Warnaar. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Taylor); his children, Chris Warnaar (Heather) and April Boone (Quinton); and his grandchildren, Brynn, Torynn Warnaar, Ostin, Taylor and Collins Boone. He is also survived by his family and friends.
