He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Kim Rendle (Don), Carrie Mills (John) and Billy Barranger (Kellie); his grandchildren, Carolyn (Al), Jason, Justin, Courtney, Rebecca (Ben), Jonathan, Matthew, Madison, Brandon, Emily, Emma and Alyanna; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Bell, Norine Hutchinson, June Pearson and Sheila Barranger. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID – 19 restrictions only 75 guests will be allowed in the funeral home at a time (no appointment is necessary). Masks and social distancing will be required.

In Bill's memory, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Roots for Youth.
