He is survived by: his wife Lana; his children, Justin Fagan (Marilena) and Ryan Fagan (Heather); his grandchildren, Phoenix, Reign, Hunter and Blaze; his siblings, Ronnie, Richard, Stacey and Frank; and his siblings-in-law, Linda, Bonnie, Diane, Donna, Nancy and Brian. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and dear friends.
