He is survived by: his sons, David (Diana) and Brian Da Silva (Carolynne); his grandchildren, Ethan, Luke, Adam, Eliana and Brinley; his siblings, Isaura (late Chester), Celestino (Arlete) and Clemente (Mary); his nieces, Lisa (Alan), Debbie (David), Diana, Anna and Jennifer (Frank); and his nephew Herbert (Barbara).

Donations to the Heart and Stroke foundation can be made in memory of Frank in lieu of flowers.
