She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Breen; her parents, George Kester and Vera Kester; and her brother John Kester. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Julius Breen; her children, Christine MacKay (David), Colleen MacDonald (Scott) and Tom Breen (Shelly); and her grandchildren, Lance, Jamie MacKay, Kyla and Ryland Breen. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated.
