He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Michalejko and Annie Michalejko; his mother-in-law Shirley Skinner; and his brother-in-law Don (Cindy). He is survived by: his spouse Lynn; his daughters, Julie (Joe Earle) and Christine (Tim Wootton); his siblings, Olga Boyle (David) and Peter Michalejko; his father-in-law Lloyd; and his siblings-in-law, Ted (Joanne), Anne (Malcolm) and Marg (Keith). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
