With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Daize (Bowmanville, Ontario), who passed away on August 11, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jean; his children, Steve (Danielle), Ken (Lynn), Kevin (Kelly) and Trish (Philip); his grandchildren, Kristen (Nick), Kendal (Andrew), Tyler, Lauren and Autumn; and his great grandchildren, Aniyah, Josephine and Amelia.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lakeridge Health Bowmanville building foundation would be appreciated.
