He is survived by: his spouse Helen; his children, Rick (Debra), Ronald (Rita), Robert (Patsy), Stephen (Tina) and Beverly Simmons-Covert; his grandchildren, Sarah-Lynn, Cory, Tom, Amber and Emily; his great grandchildren, Neo, Lucas and Payton; and his siblings, Stead (Jean), Joe (Pat), Jim and Kaylan.
