He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Kaitlin and Eric; his parents, Gary and Debbie; his parents-in-law, John and Beverley; and his siblings, Michael (Amanda), Sean (Tara) and Melissa (Rob). He is also survived by his many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, family, colleagues, and friends.
