He was predeceased by: his parent Marcelline. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Cook Jr. (Victoria), Ashley Conklin (Travis), Faith Van Sickle, Brooklynn and Aubrie; his parent Lawrence Cook; his siblings, Larry Cook (Shelly), Cindy Nevins and April Cook; his nieces and nephews, Jesse, Amanda, Nathan, Mitchell, Stefanie and Alex; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyla, Kaidence and Daniel; and his pet Ben.
