It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constant Henry Mitchell (Bowmanville, Ontario), who passed away on May 18, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Isabelle Mitchell; his daughters, Fran Platt (John), Lynn Agueci (Joe) and Connie Milne (Bill); his grandchildren, Kyle Platt, Jaclyn West, Tom Agueci and Justin Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Jaime Platt, Hunter and Harrison West.
