He was predeceased by: his spouse Marion Hazzard (Palmer); his children, Loretta Lee, Maureen Willis, Elaine Hazzard and Kenneth Hazzard; his grandson Jason Lee; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Makie, Zack, Aria, Aleea and Ava.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ryan Lee, Ray Cochrane, Sheila Willis, Crystal Robinson, Jessica Hazzard and Monica Hazzard.
