He was predeceased by: his sibling Terry (Fran). He is survived by: his children, Courtney (Brad) and Kyley; his grandchild Jacob; and his siblings, Doug (Debbie), Doreen Bakker (Hank) and Dwayne (Teresa). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
