He is survived by: his children, Christina Kelly (Joe), Gary Noordstra (Tena), Trish Noordstra and Judy Rozema (Ron); his siblings, Geeske Procee (late Jaap) and Aukje Quarre (Andries); and his sibling-in-law Ale Brouwer.
