He is survived by: his wife Susan (Weber); his children, Judith, Michael O'Toole of Kitchener, Ryan O'Toole, Andrea O'Toole of Kitchener, Jen Barrette, Jeremy Barrette of Waterloo, Katie O'Toole, William Blahut of Ottawa, Zabeda and Claude of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Caëdach, Saoirse, Thora, Breanna, Teagan, Kaitlyn, Andrew and Bradon; his siblings, Nial O'Toole, Shirley O'Toole (England), Angela Dinsdale, Karen O'Toole (Australia) and Desmond O'Toole (Africa); his parent Patricia; his parent-in-law Irene Weber; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Reist, Bob Reist (Bloomingdale), Tom Weber and Corrie Weber (Calgary).
