He was predeceased by: his brothers, Joe, Gerry and Don. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his grandchildren, Daniel, Luke, Jane Thwaits (Jacob), Matthew, Lauren (Steve), Michelle McMullen, J. R. (Kim) and Jason Whelan (Tasha); his great grandchildren, Dylan, Olivia Thwaits, Nicholas, Henry and Theo McMullen; and his siblings, Margaret Kvarda, Jim Whelan (Darla-Marie) and Kay Harmon.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Quinte would be appreciated by the family.
