He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Middleton (Rupert); his children, Matthew Middleton (Tracy) and Karyn Middleton; his grandchildren, Julia (Sheldon), Noah (Madison) and Rylan; his great grandchild Piper; his brother John Middleton; and also Dillon.
