He is survived by: his wife Beth (Taylor); his sisters, Angela and Lisa; his children, Julie Rivers (Paul), Cindy Tobin (Craig), Tammy Wells (Mike) and Scott Stephens; and his grandchildren, Amber, Sarah, Kristen, Rebecca, Alicia, Joseph, Avery, Colby, Charlotte, Aida and Leah.
