He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dianne Jones; his children, Tracy DeRosa (Phil) of Georgetown, Duane Jones (Sarah) of Barrie and Kimberley Jones of Richmond Hill; and his grandchildren, Austin, Jordan, Zachary and Nicholas Jones.

The family would welcome a memorial donation to the Alzheimer Society, in lieu of flowers.
