It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orville Lawrence Fried (Ayr, Ontario), who passed away on July 3, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Fried and Ethel Fried (Becker); and his brother Keith Fried. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Fried (Coleman); his sons, Brian, Kevin (Kim) of Plattsville, Brad (Belinda) of New Hamburg and Darrell (Lisa); his grandchildren, Nathan, Shelby, Keenan, Jennifer, Trevor, Derrick, Nychelle, Ryan, Gillian, Jay, Shayna, Roslyn, Eric and Avery; his great grandchildren, Sloane, Briar Mae, Sawyer, Sutton, Mason, Emma, Ellis, Maren, Senna, Asher and Auston; his sister Glenda (Ross Roth) of New Hamburg; and his sister-in-law Bev Fried. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Roseville United Brethren Church or the Cardiac Care unit of St. Mary's General Hospital would be greatly appreciated by the family.
