She was predeceased by: her husband John Brotherston; and her brother Peter Adams (Daniel G. Stauffer). She is survived by: her children, Laurie (John Daly) of New York, Daniel (Donna) of New Hamburg, Tim (Kathryn) of Ayr, Elizabeth (Joe Mineo) of Kitchener, Richard, Terry, Steven (Lonnie Brotherston) of St and Catharines; her grandchildren, Brittany, Davian, Zack, Chrissy, Brandon, Candace, Kristen, Travis, Alex, Mike, Joey, Therese, Benjamin, Sara and Madeline; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Leniah, Jahraiya, Jahnaeya, Elijah, Nellie and Richard Jr.; and her sister-in-law Susan Hopkins-Adams.
