He was predeceased by: his parent Douglas Scrivens. He is survived by: his spouse Barb Scrivens (Bleck); his stepchildren, Jeremy, Mike (Tanya), Robert (Sarah), P. J. (Jess), Wayne (Emily), Matthew (Victoria) and Elysia (Brad); his siblings, Peter (Victoria), Richard (Lisa) and Debbie; his sister-in-law Christine; and his parent Shirley Scrivens (Such). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
