She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stephen Hurrell; her pets, Jeannie and Mickey; her parents, Noella Gauthier and Ronald Gauthier; her siblings, Joanne Hansell (Gauthier) and Roger Roy (June); and her goddaughter Jolene Hansell. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Society of Canada.
