She was predeceased by: her husband John; her daughter Jacqueline; and her grandson Henry. She is survived by: her children, Hermina, Jackie, Theo Haalstra, Ginny Meijaard, John, Jeannette Meijaard, Tammy Kemp and Dianne Kiers. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
